Idea Solutions provides advisory services aimed at helping clients assess different technology strategies and map them to their business or process strategies. Through strategic planning, IT initiatives are formulated utilizing emerging technologies to meet the client’s current and future demands. Idea Solutions’s vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) services build on the advisory services and provide clients the same functionality as a conventional CIO. Those duties include working directly with ownership to formulate strategic IT goals, planning the IT budget, analyzing current IT processes, and implementing technology changes.
